Do I need a credit card?
No. Unlike the big desks at the terminal, we do not block a deposit on a credit card. You can pay by debit card or in cash.
Where exactly do we meet?
At the short-stay parking of Alicante Airport (ALC), a two-minute walk from arrivals. We send you the exact spot and our phone number the day before.
What if my flight is delayed?
Just message us. We track the flight number you give us and adjust the handover time at no extra cost.
Is fuel included?
The car is handed over with a full tank and we ask you to return it full. No refuelling service fees, no fuel deposits.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes, child and booster seats are available on request. Mention the age of the child in your message and we will fit it before handover.
Can I rent the apartment and a car together?
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. Ask for a combined package and we will send you one price for both.
